Request:
I would like to know if the radiology department of Royal Bolton Hospital has any measuring and monitoring system whereby a record of any radiologists, where they were rostered to work but have neither done any reporting nor any other radiolgical activity. If there is no such record/monitoring system that this has the potential that some under performing radiologists are getting away because of this loophole.

| We produces workload figures of our radiologists annually and measures against what is expected.
The clinical lead for the department meets team members and discuss any issues with them accordingly. |
