Request:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please could you provide me with a list of all companies currently supplying antibiotics – or that have supplied antibiotics in the last three years – to Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
Plus:
– The details, where possible, of the antibiotic products these companies supply or have supplied.
I would prefer to receive the information electronically. If some parts of this request are easier to answer than others, I would ask that you release the available information as soon as possible.
