Subject:        Support of the Trust’s or CCG’s Integration Engine (TIE)

    

 

Request:

  1. Is the support of the TIE managed internally by the organisation or externally by a provider/contractor or other third party? If managed by any other organisation than the Trust – what company provides this service please?
  2. If the support is externally managed, what is the existing contract duration, and when is it due to expire?
  3. What is the current cost for this contract per year – or if the contract is for a longer period, the yearly costs, / overall cost and the duration?

 

 

Response:

1. Is the support of the TIE managed internally by the organisation or externally by a provider/contractor or other third party? If managed by any other organisation than the Trust – what company provides this service please? The TIE is operationally managed  by our internal Team we do have annual Software support  license costs for Intersystems  which  runs from July for 12 Months at £16,062.20 +vat per annum
2. If the support is externally managed, what is the existing contract duration, and when is it due to expire?
3. What is the current cost for this contract per year – or if the contract is for a longer period, the yearly costs, / overall cost and the duration?
