1) Please supply a copy of the Trust’s capital programme including any draft plans and currently available CRL

2) Please supply a copy of the Trust’s Estates Strategy document or electronic link to this document

3) Please supply details of any current or known future investment plans the Trust may have to upgrade or extend estates or IT infrastructure (energy schemes, CHP, electrical, mechanical, data centres, IT network etc), or new infrastructure or construction refurbishments or new developments.

4) Please supply specific details of the Trust’s high and significant risk backlog estate issues and a copy of the Trust’s Risk Register
