4) If yes, what proportion of patients with urinary catheters receive it?

1) Please provide, in full, the antibiotic guidelines used by your trust. Please find attached the guidance on Prophylaxis for Orthopaedic patients which applies to both elective and emergency patients.

2) Is antibiotic prophylaxis routinely given for urinary catheter removal after any joint replacement? : yes/no Yes
3) If yes, which is given and how? Gentamycin 80mg, which is either given intravenously or intramuscularly.
4) If yes, what proportion of patients with urinary catheters receive it? 100% of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery
