Response:

1. Current supplier of patient experience/feedback services? As of the recent exercise Meridian (Optimum I believe are the parent company) participated in, the award was made to Healthcare Communications and is in the process of being implemented fully.
2. Value of contract? This is commercially sensitive information as we utilised the NHS SBS framework agreement.
3. Renewal date of current contract It is a 2 year contract
4. Contact details of officer responsible for the contract? Louise Timms, louise.timms@boltonft.nhs.uk.
5. Details/description of service provided by current supplier? FFT surveys and reporting system, including SMS, online and paper based, rental of iPad or similar for community areas.
