When operating on Muslims are there any special requirements / procedures that are required to be carried out?

Explain any such policy procedure and special requirements

Are the organs that are being replaced taken from fellow Muslims or blessed by a cleric, and are the organs considered to be halal

Or are the organs picked in a normal manner from what the general population have?
