Are these solution(s) hosted on premise or cloud hosted? The services are hosted remotely
Please provide expenditure on computer software used for Bacs payment processing and Direct Debit collection. For financial years 2014/2015 and 2015/2016. £80k a year for both years, although this is for more than just BACs payment processing, we do not split it out from the total invoice we get from Capita
When does your current contract(s) with BACs payment and direct debit collection software expire? Initial expiry date 30th September 2018 with an option to extend the contract for a further two x 12 month period.
Will this service(s) be tendered and if so where? Yes, although I do not know where procurement advertise the things which are out for tender.
What is the total value of your current BACS payment and Direct Debit collection software contract(s) and over what period? £20k per quarter, contract began on 1st October 2015.  Again this is part of the total value for the Integra contract and the BACs part is not split out.
With whom does the organisation hold its primary bank account? Natwest
Does the organisation, acting as a Bureau, provide Bacs processing on behalf on any other organisation? The organization does not act as a bureau.

This is done by someone over in Capita and I’m not entirely sure if it’s done by a single person as whenever we’ve had an issue with it usually anyone over at the helpdesk is usually able to assist us.
