I would be grateful if you could provide the following information regarding the Bolton NHS Foundation Trust’s subsidiary company, Integrated Facilities Management Bolton (iFM).

 

1a.    How many members of staff were transferred from ISS to iFM when iFM was first set up?

1b.    What was the minimum hourly rate of pay for members of staff who were transferred from ISS to iFM in 2017?

1c.     What is now the minimum hourly rate of pay for staff that transferred from ISS (i.e. as agreed October 2018)?

 

2a.      How many members of NHS staff were transferred from Bolton NHS Foundation Trust to iFM in 2017?

2b.    What was the minimum hourly rate of pay for NHS staff when they joined iFM?

2c.    What is now the minimum hourly rate of pay for NHS staff working for iFM (i.e. as agreed October 2018)?

 

3. How long were the TUP arrangements to last for NHS members of staff who transferred to iFM?

 

4a.   How many new staff have joined iFM (i.e were not previously employed by the Trust or ISS) since January 2017?

4b.   What was the minimum hourly pay for new staff (i.e. those not previously employed by the Trust or ISS), as paid prior to October 2018?

4c.    What is now the minimum hourly rate of pay for these members of staff (i.e. as agreed October 2018)?

 

5a.    Which private consultancy firms were used by the Trust in planning, setting up, or managing iFM?

5b.    How much has each consultancy firm been paid for these services?

5c.     What is the total amount paid to consultancy firms for services concerned with planning, setting up or managing iFM?

 

6a. Which Board members of  iFM are also Board members of Bolton NHS FT?

6b. How many hours per week, month or year do those who are members of both Boards currently work for each organisation? and

6c. What is their current pay per year from each organisation?
