  • How much has the trust spent on specific programmes to tackle ligatures points in each of the following years; 2018-19 (to date) 2017-18, 2016-17, 2015-16 

 

 

Response: 

· Number of serious incidents involving ligature points, occurring within the trust grounds, in the following years; 2018-19 (to date) 2017-18, 2016-17, 2015-16. No serious incidents involving ligature points reported.
· Number of patient deaths involving ligature points, occurring within the trust grounds, in the following years; 2018-19 (to date) 2017-18, 2016-17, 2015-16.
· Of the serious incidents listed above how many of the patients involved were under 18?
· Of the patient deaths listed above how many of the patients involved were under 18?
· How much has the trust spent on specific programmes to tackle ligatures points in each of the following years; 2018-19 (to date) 2017-18, 2016-17, 2015-16. We have not completed any specific scheme for anti-ligature points. However, as part of schemes we have adapted curtain rails and taps.
