I would like to make the following freedom of information requests:

How many inpatients developed food poisoning (relating to E. coli, listeria, campylobacter,  salmonella or other) during a stay at the hospitals in your trust between the end of May 2013 and the end of May  2014?

Are meals prepared on site or off the premises by an outside provider?

How many complaints did you receive about hospital food between the end of May 2019 and the end of May 2018?

How many complaints did you receive about hospital food between the end of May 2013 and  the end of May 2014?

There were 0 reported cases of food poisoning from hospital food during the period in question

Are meals prepared on site or off the premises by an outside provider? Patient food is provided by an outside supplier
How many complaints did you receive about hospital food between the end of May 2019 and the end of May 2018? There were 4 complaints about food between 1st May 2018 to 31st May 2019
How many complaints did you receive about hospital food between the end of May 2013 and  the end of May 2014? There were no complaints about food between May 2013 and May 2014
