Request:

  1. Which EPR system does the Trust use or is in the process of implementing?
  2. What are the contract dates?
  3. Which procurement route was used to purchase the EPR system?
  4. How much has the trust invested into this purchase (including implementation and change management costs)
  5. If the Trust has designed its own EPR system, how much has the Trust invested or plan to invest in this project?
  6. If the Trust has designed its own EPR system, is this available to other NHS trusts to use, and if so how much would be charged?
  7. How was the EPR system funded? i.e. Centrally, Trust resources?
  8. How many staff use the EPR solution?
  9. Is the EPR solution integrated into other trust platforms? If so, which ones?
  10. Who is the Trust EPR lead?
  11. If the Trust does not have an EPR system, is it planning to go out to market for one and what are the timings on this project?
  12. What HIMMS level are you currently at?
  13. Do you have plans to move up the EMRAD scale?
  14. What Order Communications and Results system does the Trust use and what are the supplier contract dates ?
  15. Does the Trust plan to replace its Order Communications and Results within the next 5 years?
  16. What EPMA system does the Trust use and what are the supplier contract dates ?
  17. Does the Trust plan to replace its EPMA system within the next 5 years?
