Our service focuses on prevention and early intervention to improve the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
Family Nurse Partnership
The Family Nurse Partnership works with first time mothers under the age of 20 to help them have a healthy pregnancy and to understand how to care for themselves and their baby.
Health Improvement Team
The Health Improvement Team is passionate about improving people’s health and wellbeing.
Every family with a child under the age of five in Bolton has access to a health visitor and their team.
The community infant feeding team aim to provide accurate, up to date and unbiased guidance on how to feed your baby.
