The Trust works in partnership with other NHS Trusts in the region, Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS England and the Department of Health to ensure the provision of high quality services.
We also work closely with Bolton Council to provide a smooth transition of care for patients who require ongoing care in the community. We have strong links with a number of charities, voluntary services and independent organisations who help support the running of some of our services.
