Improving Patient Administration Systems

Our Informatics Team have been reflecting on changes made to the Patient Administration Systems used at the Trust over the past ten years and evaluating the benefits that have been achieved. Benefits for patients have included more timely and accurate correspondence between services and GPs, improved patient safety and experience, and increased availability of information to support the operation of our services.
