Young voices bring Christmas cheer to the wards

Carolling children from Harper Green School visited the wards of Royal Bolton Hospital.
The festive music was appreciated by staff and patients alike who were overjoyed to hear some traditional tunes such as Rocking around the Christmas Tree, Jingle Bells and Winter Wonderland and Deck the Halls.
Matron on the Children’s Ward Andy Butler has been working with the children as part of a wider project with the school.
He said: “It’s been great to have the children of Harper Green come in and bring some Christmas cheer to the wards. The patients and staff really loved the day and the pupils did a great job.”
