Thank you for your interest in fundraising in aid of Bolton NHS Charitable Fund.
Once we have received your registration form, a member of the Charitable Funds team will contact you to discuss how we can best support you to plan and run a successful, safe and legal fundraising event. If we have any concerns about your proposed event/activity, we will share these with you and support you in making adjustments or finding a suitable alternative fundraising idea.
Depending on the nature of your event, you may need special permits or licenses to carry out certain activities, such as on-street collections, raffles and lotteries. Please see the useful links section at the bottom of this page for further information and advice.
Our Covid-19 page is updated regularly with all the latest information about fundraising during the pandemic.
Charity fundraising is independently regulated by the Fundraising Regulator and we follow a strict code of conduct designed to uphold the highest fundraising standards and ensure members of the public have complete trust and confidence in the charity they choose to support. We kindly ask all our supporters who choose to fundraise in aid of Bolton NHS Charitable Fund to follow the code of conduct too.
Please make sure it is clear you are fundraising in aid of Bolton NHS Charitable Fund and that your activities are not representing or appearing to be organised by the NHS or by Bolton NHS Charitable Fund.
We do not permit the use of crowdfunding as donations are not sent automatically to the charity and Gift Aid cannot be claimed (where eligible).
If your fundraising involves cash, please download a ‘paying in your money’ form and follow the instructions, ensuring we receive your donation within one month of your event.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Charitable Funds team on 01204 487532 or via email at Charity@boltonft.nhs.uk.
Thank you for your loyal support and kindness; it means so much to us and our staff at this time.
