About us Freedom to Speak Up
Freedom to Speak Up
We are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels safe and confident to speak up about anything that could affect patient care, staff wellbeing, or the services we provide.
Freedom to Speak Up helps to ensure that concerns are listened to, taken seriously and addressed appropriately. We encourage colleagues, volunteers, students and others who work with us to raise concerns if they feel something is not right. Speaking up helps us learn, improve and provide the safest possible care for our patients.
Our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians provide confidential support and guidance to anyone who would like independent advice about raising a concern. A Guardian can help you understand the options available, listen to your concerns and ensure your voice is heard.
