We are committed to providing support, advice, and information to patients, their families, and carers to ensure that their experience with our healthcare services is positive and responsive to their needs.

PALS is a free and confidential service that offers support when you need advice, have concerns, or want information about the care provided by Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
We are here to help you navigate through the healthcare system, address your queries, and facilitate communication between you and the healthcare professionals.
Our team can:
- Speak with staff involved in your care (with your permission).
- Provide advice on NHS services or direct you to the right team.
- Help resolve issues quickly, to avoid further stress.
- Support you with the NHS Complaints Process if needed and help with any paperwork.
Where to find us:
PALS is located in the main entrance of the hospital.
Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am to 4pm (closed on Bank Holidays).
