Please double check directions to the health centre if you are using a sat nav as sometimes they can incorrectly direct people to Hough Fold Way towards Harwood.
From Bolton town centre, head east on the A579 out of the town centre. Continue onto the A58, Bury Road. After about 600m turn left onto Milnthorpe Road and then take the first right onto Breightmet Fold Lane.
Breightmet Health Centre is on the left.
