A fresh start for Michael

Michael, a local resident, was facing a tough time that affected his mental wellbeing and self-esteem. With support from his Social Worker, Eva, he set a personal goal: to get a haircut and shave.

There were challenges, but teamwork made it happen. Eva reached out to the Neighbourhood Leader, who connected with Adam from Manbassadors. Adam found Samantha, a mobile hairdresser, who kindly visited Michael and gave him a free haircut and beard trim. Adam also brought along a Manbassadors goodie bag.

Feeling uplifted, Michael booked future appointments with Samantha to keep up his new look – a small step that made a big difference.
