Businesses across the country are helping to celebrate NHS excellence in Bolton with a fully funded awards that recognise the hard work and dedication of local healthcare workers.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to announce one of the country’s largest family-owned construction firms, Robertson Group, as this year’s headline sponsor.

Robertson Construction North West, part of Robertson Groups, is currently leading multi-million-pound building developments at Royal Bolton Hospital, and their generosity will ensure a well-deserved night of glitz and glamour for some of those who provide and support life-changing care.

Paul Coyle, Regional Managing Director, Robertson Construction North West, said:

“Our ongoing work across the Trust’s estate allows us to work closely with NHS staff and see directly the meaningful impact they have on patients, families and fellow staff. As a local employer, we also see how important the Trust’s services are to our colleagues, supply chain partners and the wider community, with Bolton being the local hospital for many of us, including myself.

“That personal connection, alongside the brilliant work we see every day, makes supporting the FABB Awards particularly special to us. We look forward to joining everyone on the night and celebrating their achievements.”

Altera Health will be supporting this year’s event as the sponsor of the Digital Innovation Award, which recognises individuals or teams who use technology to transform care delivery and improve services.

Mark Hutchinson, Executive Vice President at Altera Health, said:

“We are proud to be sponsors of the Bolton FABB Awards once again, celebrating the outstanding contributions of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust’s dedicated staff and health and care workers.

“We are pleased to support an event that shines a spotlight on the compassion, hard work, and dedication that makes a real difference in the lives of patients and the community.

“As a trusted partner to the NHS, and in Bolton’s digital transformation journey, we share a commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving health outcomes, and we look forward to recognising and saying thank you to everyone who works tirelessly day in, day out at the Trust, at the awards evening on 9 October.”

Hempsons and Hill Dickinson are also kindly sponsoring this year’s awards, alongside NHS Professionals.

James Mawrey, Chief People Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, said:

“We are incredibly grateful to all our sponsors for their generosity and continued support. Their commitment helps us celebrate the compassion, commitment and excellence our staff show every day and makes this special event possible.”
