We are committed to providing accurate, timely information to journalists, partners and the public.

Out-of-hours enquiries
If you need urgent media support outside of normal working hours, please call the Trust switchboard on 01204 390390 and ask for the on‑call manager.
Important information for journalists
- Please note that we cannot provide any patient information without the appropriate consent, in line with NHS confidentiality policies.
- All filming and photography on Trust sites must be approved in advance by the Communications Team.
- We will respond to media enquiries as quickly as possible, prioritising urgent and time‑sensitive requests.
