Lever Chambers Centre for Health
Lever Chambers is in a convenient town centre location close to the bus and rail terminals. It has two GP practices and a pharmacy as well as a wide range of community services.
Please note that there is no walk-in service at Lever Chambers.
The Parallel (Adolescent Health and 360 Substance Misuse Service) will be based on the 2nd floor of Lever Chambers, in the town centre.
The service remains open and there are no changes to our contact details or opening hours.
