Dr Acladious gained an MBBCh at Cairo University and has a Masters degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a Medical Doctorate in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Manchester University).

He was previously a consultant in sexual and reproductive health at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Foundation Trust and was an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Sheffield University.

He came to work at Bolton NHS FT in 2006.

Our sexual and reproductive health service provides diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections and complications including HIV. We also provide family planning support and advice and all forms of contraception in one confidential and friendly service. Sexual health is also sometimes referred to as genito-urinary medicine (GUM).

 

PREP

PrEP is now available free of charge from our clinic for anyone who is eligible.

PrEP is a drug which, if taken correctly, is highly effective in preventing transmission of HIV.
