Improving health inequalities is a key priority for us. We want to make sure our services are easily accessible for all, are adapted to the needs of our communities and help to reduce the unfair differences in morbidity and mortality in Bolton.

This is not something we can do alone, and are working with our communities and system partners in the voluntary sector, local authority, education and primary care.
