Information on this page is for organisations supplying goods and services to Our Bolton NHS Charity.

New suppliers

If your organisation is in the process of being set up as a new supplier, you must provide the following information to help us complete the appropriate due diligence checks:

• Confirmation of your organisation’s bank details in an official letter headed document
• Completion of our anti-slavery statement form (this will be supplied to you)
• Registered VAT number
• Purchase order email address
• Remittance email address
• Business address
• Business phone number

Payment of invoices

Please ensure the following steps are followed to avoid delays to payment.

• All invoices should be made out to Our Bolton NHS Charity (not Bolton NHS Foundation Trust) and include the PO number.
• All invoices should be sent to finance.invoices@boltonft.nhs.uk, copying in finance.creditors@boltonft.nhs.uk .
• Any queries regarding payment of invoices should be directed to finance.creditors@boltonft.nhs.uk.
