Cheque

Please make your cheque payable to ‘Our Bolton NHS Charity’. On the back of the cheque (or in a covering letter), please confirm the fund you would like to support (this must match the fund selected on the form).

Your cheque should then be sent to: Our Bolton NHS Charity, c/o Finance Department, Dowling House, Royal Bolton Hospital, Minerva Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0JR.

BACS

Please contact charity@boltonft.nhs.uk to request our bank account details and to let us know if you would like your donation to support a specialist fund.

When making a payment by BACS, please use your surname as reference.
