Dr Lomas graduated in 2004 with a BSc MBChB (St Andrews/Manchester) and a Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2011.
Dr Lomas completed his specialty training in the North West Deanery and came to work as a consultant at Bolton NHS FT in February 2016.
Dr Lomas has special interests in IT, welfare, and education and training.
