Dr Balasubramaniam came to work at Bolton NHS FT in March 2015.
After qualifying with M.B.B.S. at the Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University India, Dr Balasubramaniam went on to train as D.A. – Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India and also FRCA – the Royal College of Anaesthetists, London.
