We’re introducing digital check-ins in all our outpatient clinics at the hospital and our health centres. This is part of our commitment to modernising services and making sure they are fit for the future.

Digital check-ins will:
The kiosks can be used to check-in for appointments via a mobile app on a mobile phone.
All you have to do is install the “Intouch Appointment Manager 2’ app on iPhone (IOS) or Android phone.
They will be clearly signposted and located at the main entrance points in outpatient departments across the hospital and health centres.

We know that for some of our patients, this will be a new way of doing things. We’ll be listening to your thoughts on how we can improve the experience whilst everyone gets used to the new process.
