Dr Sameer Misra qualified in India in 1996 where he also completed his paediatric postgraduate training before moving to the UK.
Prior to joining Bolton in 2010, Dr Misra worked as an SHO and registrar in paediatrics in Wales and Northern Ireland completing the majority of his training at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Dr Misra has a special interest in paediatric cardiology and medical education.
Dr Misra is the specialty training lead for paediatrics and also an honorary tutor at Liverpool University.
