Work With Us

The Trust employs over 5000 members of staff, on full or part time, permanent and fixed term contracts. We also have a number of different ‘banks’ of staff who work on an as required basis for the Trust. You may be surprised how many different job roles the Trust has; it is certainly not just doctors and nurses.

Bolton – Today, Tomorrow, Together – This video celebrates the diversity of what we do and the diversity of roles we have within the Trust that all contribute to safe, effective, high quality care for our patients.
